Emergency call back via Automatic Driver Recognition (ADR) tag
In case of vehicle breakdown e.g. flat tire or empty fuel tank, press the ADR tag button to request for a call back on your registered mobile phone. Your request for call back will be sent to our 24/7 call centre (SOC), where information of your vehicle’s location will be provided to the breakdown service providers who will assist you further.
Emergency call via mobile app
In case of vehicle hijack or theft, press the Call button on your mobile app to call our SOC. Upon verification, our SOC will liaise with the Police for their intervention and recovery of your vehicle.
Automatic Accident Alert & Response
In the event of an accident, the system will automatically trigger an alert determined by the Acceleration Severity Index (ASI) threshold value.
It will send the precise location of your vehicle to our SOC who will then call you to verify the situation. If the call went unanswered and the system determined that the ASI value has exceeded, our SOC will liaise with MERS 999 to direct appropriate emergency response services to the crash location immediately.
