2. DEVICES

3. SAFETY
eCall - Automatic crash alert & fast response by 24/7 Secure Operations Centre (SOC) who will call the registered number or actual driver if ADR is activated, for emergency assistance.

Microtag beeping alert:
- Phone distraction - it will beep 2 times when you use your phone (especially texting) while driving.
- Speeding - it will beep 1 time when the set speed is exceeded.

bCall - Press bCall button to send alert for breakdown or emergency assistance, our service provider will call the registered number or actual driver if ADR is activated.

VIP Assist**
- Unlimited towing to an authorised workshop, in case of flood, breakdown or accident.
- FREE labour charge for repair on spot service (up to RM300 per incident).
- Transport reimbusement up to RM2,000 in case of accident repair (when repaired at an authorised workshop).

Accident reconstruction - Panoramic reconstruction 60s before and 1 Os after impact to ascertain the cause of the accident.

4. SECURITY
Smart alarm via mobile app & Stolen Vehicle Recovery (SVR).

Theft Compensation*** - If stolen vehicle is not recovered within 3 days.

5. MY CONNEX APP - Primary app for registered owner
Automatic Driver Recognition (ADR) - When driver's app is paired to Microtag, SOC will call the driver in case of an automatic crash alert or breakdown request.

Automatic vehicle location** - Last parked address.

Phone distraction ON/OFF.
*
Smart alarm** - Set up Smart alarm when your vehicle should not be driven. If the ignition is switched ON or vehicle is towed, you will be alerted (push & email).

Car status** - Ignition ON or OFF, driving or parked, device battery voltage & solar panel charge status
*
Device battery low alert** - If the battery voltage is low for either the eCall Device or SVR Device, you will be alerted (push & email).

Phone button - Report theft, emergency services (ambulance via MERS 999 or vehicle breakdown) and customer service.

Add cars** - Able to access all vehicles fitted with Connex SolarPro with the same app.
*
Add drivers** - Registered owner can add drivers (upon request).

My Cars** - Access specific vehicles fitted with Connex SolarPro.

**Features are not available in added driver's app.
6. STOLEN VEHICLE RECOVERY (SVR)
Stolen vehicle recovery by 24/7 Secure Operations Centre (Theft recovery on demand).
If your vehicle has been stolen, press 'Call' button on the mobile app. Tap 'Report Car Theft' to call SOC After verification, SOC activates 'SVR' process and liaise with the Police for recovery.
